The All-Ireland ‘A’ Even Ages Championships were held on Sunday 28th November 2010 at the Gransha Grounds in the City of Derry.
- The first race was Girls under 12. In this race,Ellen Mc Carthy had a fantastic run and won a Inter-County gold medal with Cork scoring4th on a team of six beating Dublin into second place.
- In the boys under 14 race Sean Mc Carthy ran very strongly to help Cork win an Inter-County Silver medal scoring 3rd on the team and finishing behind winners Antrim.
- In the Girls under 16 race Kate Mc Carthy put in a great performance and was the first CorkAthlete to finish, even though they were outside the Medals on this occasion.
Running in these All-Ireland Championships was a great experience for the athletesconcerned and great credit is due to the trainers within the club for the time and effort put intothe preparation involved.
