At the Munster Juvenille championships Sarah Hayes delivered some excellent throws to win a great silver medal in the shot putt at u14. John Collins was equally impressive in the Munster U23 championships when he won a silver medal in the 800 mts. On this Friday evening July 8th, a West Cork summer athletics league will be staged at the training grounds at the training grounds at Baltimore road at 7pm. All athletes from the club are expected and encouraged to participate in this fixture.
